Join the Baton Rouge Audubon Society to learn about Louisiana's native bats and explore their natural history and important ecological roles. We'll hear from Katherine Gividen, Louisiana Master Naturalist and former bat technician with the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, with insights into the behavior and biology of Louisiana's bats. We'll also discuss the importance of protecting their populations and how we can help. At 6:30pm there will be refreshments and time to socialize. The program will start at 7:00pm.
